The Role
We're hiring one-two Short Term Rental Specialist to join our team as operational leaders. This is a fully remote position designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role within our organization.

Core Responsibilities:

End-to-end guest communication and experience management (inquiry through post-stay)
Complete reservation management across all platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , direct)
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and service providers
Monitor property conditions and ensure quality standards
Handle problem-solving, troubleshooting, and service recovery
Maintain detailed documentation and execute company systems

Required Qualifications
Must Have:

9/10 English Fluency with same for verbal and written (Non-negotiable - please do not apply if this is not you)
Previous experience managing short-term rentals or minimum in hospitality industry (required)
Quick learner who thrives in startup environments
Exceptional attention to detail and avid note-taker
Ownership mindset – you drive outcomes independently
Fantastic attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with technology and multiple software platforms
Weekend/evening availability for guest support (rotating basis)

Familiarity with vacation rental technology platforms
