About Us
NewDay Child Coaching™ is a virtual pediatric coaching program serving families of infants and toddlers ages 0–36 months, nationwide. We're led by Rachel May, MA CCC-SLP, alongside a multidisciplinary team of OT and PT specialists — the Trinamic Trio™.
Our mission: replace "wait and see" with Watch AND Support™ — giving parents a proactive, evidence-informed framework to support their child's development from day one.
We are an early-stage startup growing with intention. The people who join now help us build something that genuinely matters to families. This isn't a filler role. It's foundational.
The Role
We're looking for a skilled Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our content across Instagram, Threads,
What success looks like at 90 days: You own the content calendar. Visuals are consistently on-brand and professional. Captions are clear, engaging, and written in our voice. Posting is reliable and approved in advance. Growth trends are moving in the right direction — and you can show us the numbers.
What You'll Do
Create static graphics, carousels, and short-form video content using Canva and CapCut (accounts provided)
Write captions in our established brand voice — warm, clear, parent-facing, and never clinical
Build and manage a monthly content calendar, reviewed weekly with Rachel
Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Threads,
Monitor comments and DMs — engage with the NewDawns™ community in brand voice
Track performance metrics monthly and share a plain-language summary of what's working
Flag content ideas, trends, or opportunities that fit our mission and audience
Study and follow our brand SOP before Day 1 — and apply it from the first post
What You Bring
Required — no exceptions:
A strong portfolio with real results — follower growth, engagement rates, or conversion data. No portfolio = no review.
Visuals that stop the scroll — clean, professional, emotionally resonant. Show us your best work up front.
Proven caption-writing ability — you understand tone, rhythm, and what makes a parent stop and read
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut — you work quickly and confidently, not experimentally
Short-form video experience — Reels, TikTok-style content, or similar. Show us something you made.
Reliable communication — you respond within agreed hours, attend weekly video meetings, and give notice before you're unavailable
Honest, real-time time tracking in Jibble — task-level descriptions on every entry, no reconstructed logs
Independent work ethic — you deliver without daily reminders
Philippines-based applicants must have:
Active BIR TIN
Ability to complete and submit W-8BEN before first payment
OnlineJobs.ph verified profile
A Transparent Fit Check
We want to be straightforward with you about why this matters — not to discourage you, but to help us both avoid a mismatch.
This role serves families navigating their child's early development. Our content has to earn trust from day one — which means visuals need to be beautiful, captions need to be clear, and the brand voice needs to be consistent. There is no learning curve built into this mission.
We're a small team. That means your work is visible, it matters, and we'll notice the difference between someone who's genuinely skilled and someone who's still developing that skill.
This role is a strong fit if you:
Have created social content for health, wellness, parenting, or education brands — and can prove it
Can produce professional, scroll-stopping visuals independently — not just with heavy templates or using additional workers/support
Understand that content approval protects both the brand and the families we serve
Thrive with clear systems and want to help build them
This role is not the right fit if you:
Are still developing your core design or video skills — even if you're talented and growing
Need daily task direction to complete standard social deliverables
Cannot provide a portfolio with measurable results
Are looking for a role where content goes out without review
