???? Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
Manage all active client projects within
Track progress from shoot ? edit ? delivery
Ensure all tasks are assigned, updated, and completed on time
Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks
Client Communication
Provide timely and professional project updates to clients
Follow up on missing assets, approvals, and revisions
Maintain clear, concise, and responsive communication at all times
Editor & Team Coordination
Assign projects to editors based on availability and deadlines
Monitor turnaround times and follow up on overdue deliverables
Ensure project scope is clearly defined before work begins
Delivery & Quality Control
Verify that all deliverables are complete and accurate before sending
Coordinate final file delivery to clients
Close out projects with proper documentation and confirmation
Accounts Receivable Support
Send invoice reminders and follow-ups
Track outstanding invoices and flag overdue payments
Maintain internal visibility on cash collection status
? Work Schedule
Part-time: 4 hours per day (Monday–Friday)
Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
? Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or virtual assistance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written communication (clear, professional, concise)
Experience with project management tools (
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
High level of accountability and follow-through
