HIRING: Remote Customer Service Representatives
If you're looking for a remote role where you can realistically earn $1,500–$2,000/month within your first 6 months — and you're willing to work for it — this is worth your time.
We're a growing company hiring Customer Service Representatives who communicate with clients one-on-one through text. This isn't template replies and ticket queues. You'll have real conversations — building relationships, understanding what people want, and guiding them toward the right products using emotional intelligence and genuine rapport.

But we expect that investment to go both ways. We're looking for someone who wants to be a high performer and plans on earning at least $1,000/month within 3 months of starting. What the role involves:
Having one-on-one conversations with clients through text
Building emotional rapport and trust over time
Understanding what each client is looking for and guiding them toward the right products
Communicating with your team about client needs and insights
Using our internal tools and CRM to deliver a great client experience
Compensation:
Base hourly rate + performance-based commission. $1,500–$2,000/month is realistic within your first 6 months. The better you perform, the more you earn.
Shifts (full-time, EST / New York time):
7pm–3am | 3am–11am | 11am–7pm
What you need:
Fluent written English
40+ WPM typing speed
A computer with reliable specs
Stable internet connection
Available for full 8-hour shifts
Not currently employed full-time
Growth mindset — you want to get better, not just get by
Strong written communication and emotional intelligence
Patience and ability to take direct, constructive feedback
Helpful but not required:
Sales or customer service experience
Experience working remotely
