JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller with a background in the cleaning industry. The primary goal of this role is to contact residential and commercial clients and successfully book them for cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to residential homeowners and commercial businesses
• Introduce and promote our cleaning services
• Convert leads into booked cleaning appointments
• Schedule and confirm bookings for residential and commercial cleaning services
• Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and customer information
• Follow up with prospects to secure bookings and repeat services

Requirements:
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
• Previous experience working with a cleaning company (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to confidently handle objections and turn leads into bookings
• Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus

• Number of cleaning appointments successfully booked
• Conversion rate from calls to confirmed bookings
