JOB OVERVIEW

We're the founders of Queenli, a women's affirmations and manifestation app. We need a full-time editor to produce high-volume, scroll-stopping content for TikTok. Our audience is women aged 18–35 who are into self-worth, glow-ups, manifestation, and "that girl" energy.

What You'll Be Making
You'll be producing 3 specific content formats, all based on screen recordings of the app:

Reframe Screen Recordings - Screen record a fake hurtful text message (breakup, toxic friend, passive-aggressive boss), then open the app's Reframe feature which transforms the negativity into an empowering affirmation. Add a text overlay hook on the first frame and trending audio. 10-20 seconds, fast-paced, no voiceover.

Manifest Screen Recordings - Screen record uploading an aspirational photo (dream apartment, car, travel destination) into the app's Manifest feature, which uses AI to generate a personalized 5-day plan to achieve it. Add a text overlay hook and trending audio. 12-25 seconds, no voiceover.

Lock Screen Widget Loops - Film a phone's lock screen lighting up with the Queenli widget showing a fresh affirmation. Very short (3-5 seconds), looped seamlessly, with a text overlay hook and ambient audio. These need to look aesthetic - clean wallpaper, good lighting, beautiful framing.

All three formats are screen recording-based. No talking to camera required. No voiceover. The content is fast, emotional, and native to TikTok. To see exactly what these features look like, check out this folder with screen recordings and screenshots of each feature: ----------

Volume & Schedule
- 20 pieces of content per day, Monday to Friday - a combination of the 3 formats above.
- Over time we'll increase this number to the maximum you can handle beyond 20.
- Content must be submitted by 12pm UK time the following day.
- No set login times. However, there is a mandatory daily meeting with us at a fixed time between 2pm – 5pm UK time. We'll agree on the exact time together if we move forward.
- When you log in each day, work on any revision requests first, then move on to producing new content.

Pay
- $2.50 per content piece. At 20 pieces/day, 5 days/week, that's roughly $1,000/month with room to grow as volume increases.

Requirements
- You must have an iPhone (required for screen recording the app and filming the lock screen widget).
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
- Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.
- Strong understanding of TikTok content trends - especially in self-improvement, manifestation, and feminine wellness.
- Can match reference styles quickly and replicate formats at high volume.
- Fast turnaround, consistent quality.

You must provide evidence of screen recording edits you've done before - any kind. This can be app demos, tutorials, product walkthroughs, or anything that shows you've edited screen-recorded content. If you can show this, you'll move to the next stage where we'll ask you to complete a paid test task.
