We are a fast-growing, U.S.-based company looking for a **highly skilled AI Video Editor / Producer** to create **30–45 minute long-form videos** using **scripts/transcripts and AI avatars (HeyGen)**.

You will take raw transcripts and transform them into **engaging, professional, high-retention videos** by combining:

* AI avatar narration (HeyGen)
* Scene building
* Motion graphics
* Visual storytelling
* Transitions and pacing

This is **NOT basic video editing** — we are looking for someone who can **think like a producer**, not just an editor.

* Turn transcripts into fully produced 30–45 minute videos
* Use **HeyGen AI avatars** for narration
* Break content into structured scenes (like a course or documentary)
* Add:

* B-roll
* Motion graphics
* On-screen text
* Callouts
* Transitions
* Create engaging pacing to maintain viewer attention
* Add background music and sound effects where appropriate
* Deliver clean, polished final videos ready for publishing

* Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
* Motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar)
* Ability to structure long-form content (30–45 minutes)
* Strong English comprehension (you’ll be working from transcripts)
* Experience using stock footage platforms (Envato, Storyblocks, etc.)
