We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant who operates like an owner and gets things done. This is not a traditional assistant role — we need someone who can think, execute, and solve problems without constant direction.
You will work directly with leadership across operations, client coordination, and day-to-day business activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, scheduling, and priorities
Handle client communication and meeting coordination
Keep workflows, deadlines, and follow-ups on track
Prepare and review
Maintain organized systems and processes
Assist with billing and administrative tasks
Operations & Execution:
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and day-to-day operations
Solve problems quickly and independently
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Growth Support:
Assist with marketing (LinkedIn, outreach)
Help prepare proposals and track opportunities
Qualifications:
3+ years of admin, operations, or similar experience
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High accountability and problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; QuickBooks/DocuSign a plus)
This role is best for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
