Winnie & Ethel’s Downtown Diner in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to join our team in a part-time capacity (~20 hours per week). This role will focus on driving brand awareness, increasing guest traffic, and executing marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue.
Our ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and execution-focused — someone who can take ownership of marketing efforts from planning to implementation.

???? MARKETING LEAD MISSION
The Senior Marketing Lead is responsible for executing and coordinating Winnie & Ethel’s marketing initiatives across digital, in-store, and community channels. This role ensures strong brand alignment, drives guest engagement, supports revenue growth, and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance marketing performance.
???? RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Social Media & Content
Track, analyze, and report weekly social media performance
Coordinate with internal and external content teams
Conduct influencer outreach and manage partnerships
Guide and support content creation aligned with brand voice
???? Website & Brand Consistency
Maintain and update website content
Ensure all business information across platforms is accurate
???? Marketing Campaign Execution
Develop and execute campaigns (events, promotions, seasonal)
Design in-store marketing materials (flyers, table tents, posters)
Build and maintain media contact lists
Identify opportunities for press, awards, and brand exposure
Draft and pitch press releases
Coordinate with vendors (photographers, designers, etc.)
Execute
Prepare weekly marketing reports with insights

Respond to guest reviews (Google, Yelp, OpenTable, etc.)
Manage guest inquiries across platforms
Monitor brand presence across all guest touchpoints
Coordinate influencer visits and media experiences

Monitor performance and recommend optimizations
Assist in testing and improving paid strategies
