JOB OVERVIEW

We seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our growing international team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, technically strong engineer who can independently produce high-quality structural models, analysis, designs, and documentation for both reinforced concrete and structural steel buildings.
We work on premium residential and commercial projects, and we are looking for someone who can deliver engineering outputs that meet international standards.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for producing complete structural engineering deliverables, including:
Structural Modelling & Analysis
- Develop structural models using industry-standard software (ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, etc.)
- Perform gravity, lateral, and dynamic analysis for low-rise and mid-rise buildings
- Optimize structural systems for cost, constructability, and performance
Elemental & Member Design
- Design reinforced concrete elements (slabs, beams, columns, footings, retaining walls)
- Design structural steel elements (beams, columns, trusses, connections)
- Apply relevant international codes (ASCE, ACI, AISC, IBC, etc. American Standards)
Engineering Detailing
- Prepare structural plans, sections, schedules, and connection details
- Produce clean, accurate CAD/Revit drawings
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP layouts
Structural Design Reports
- Prepare full calculation packages
- Write clear, professional structural design reports
- Document assumptions, load paths, design criteria, and analysis summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in building structural design
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software
- Excellent understanding of RC and steel design principles
- Ability to produce clean, organized engineering documentation
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
