JOB OVERVIEW

CRM & Digital Systems officer. The role is responsible for owning and executing the full data architecture, migration, and ongoing management of all core digital systems, including WordPress, Moonstride CRM, and Mailchimp. The principal objective is to ensure in Moonstride and Web that all product, pricing, itinerary, and customer data is fully structured, consistent, and commercially usable to support scalable sales growth. The position defines how data is organised across systems, where it is stored, and how it flows between platforms, ensuring alignment between website content, CRM operations, and marketing automation.
The role includes structuring and uploading all website content in WordPress, managing and building all travel products, pricing logic, and itineraries in Moonstride, and leading the migration, cleaning, and validation of all existing data. It also includes ownership of the customer database, ensuring segmentation readiness and high data quality, as well as setting up and managing Mailchimp audiences, tagging, and automation flows. A key responsibility is maintaining consistency across all systems and implementing clear data governance processes to avoid duplication, errors, or misalignment.
This position supports the sales function directly by ensuring that all data enables fast quotation, personalised offers, and efficient booking processes. It requires strong experience in CRM management, WordPress, and email marketing tools, combined with the ability to define data structures and not only execute tasks. The role is operational but strategic in impact, acting as a core pillar for scaling the business, improving sales efficiency, and enabling a structured and high-performing digital infrastructure
