We are looking for a dependable, professional Remote Receptionist who can create a strong first impression, keep calls organized, and help guide potential clients to the right next step. This is a long-term opportunity with a growing firm that values consistency, positivity, and accountability.

What You Will Do:
You will answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers while maintaining a warm and professional tone. You will make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with potential clients. You will manage voicemails, call logs, and notes in our CRM system and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. You will provide basic information about our services and help guide callers to the next step, including scheduling consultations. You will also support other departments with communication and administrative tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
You have excellent English communication skills and a confident, friendly phone presence. You are naturally positive and know how to make people feel heard and comfortable. You are organized, reliable, and able to handle a high volume of calls without losing attention to detail. You are comfortable speaking with individuals who may be going through financial stress and can remain calm and professional at all times. You are able to multitask, follow structured processes, and take ownership of your role. Experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in customer service is a plus. You should be comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems.

What Success Looks Like:
Calls are answered promptly and professionally. Clients feel welcomed and confident after speaking with you. Appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently. Call notes are clear and complete. You stay organized, responsive, and consistent throughout your shift.

Schedule and Compensation:
This is a full-time remote position at 40 hours per week. Training will take place during 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time for the first two weeks. After training, you will work a night shift aligned with Eastern Time with some flexibility. Compensation ranges from 800 to 1400 USD per month based on experience and performance. Performance-based increases and advancement opportunities are available based on reliability, communication, and overall performance. This is a long-term, stable position with growth potential.
