Overview:
We are not looking for a manager. We are looking for someone who can figure things out, build systems from scratch, and fix anything that breaks.
This is a part-time, hourly role under EST working hours for a highly resourceful Technical Problem Solver who steps in whenever technical challenges arise across our marketing stack, websites, and business systems. You will not manage systems day-to-day—you will solve problems, implement solutions, and make things work.
The first project will be migrating our entire website into Wix and setting up all Google integrations and conversion tracking. We expect this to take up to a month to complete. After that, you will work on ongoing projects, including building additional websites, troubleshooting issues, and resolving other technical challenges across our systems.
You should be someone who:
*Can understand a problem and turn it into a working solution
*Knows how to research, test, and troubleshoot across multiple platforms
*Is comfortable using tools you haven’t used before
*Takes full ownership of problems until they are solved
You don’t need to know everything—but you must be able to learn quickly and adapt.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Marketing & Tracking Systems (Build + Troubleshoot)
*Set up and implement tracking systems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Search Console, YouTube, social media pixels)
*Configure accurate conversion tracking across platforms
*Troubleshoot and fix tracking issues, data discrepancies, or broken integrations
*Implement new tracking or measurement solutions as needed
NOTE: This is not a campaign management role. You build and fix, you don’t monitor daily performance
B. Website Development & Systems (Build + Troubleshoot)
*Build websites and landing pages using Wix and other common website builders
*Work with Wix CMS to create dynamic, database-driven pages
*Implement site functionality (forms, tracking, integrations, etc.)
*Troubleshoot and fix issues across front-end, CMS, and integrations
NOTE: This is not an ongoing maintenance role. You build it right and fix it when needed
C. Business Systems & Integrations (Build + Troubleshoot)
*Set up and connect business systems (Hubspot, CTM/Dialpad, store locators, other tools)
*Ensure systems communicate properly and data flows correctly
*Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, broken automations, or integration failures
NOTE: This is not an operations role. You set up integrations and fix problems, not manage day-to-day usage
Qualifications:
A. Technical Skills
*Experience with marketing and analytics tools (GA, GTM, Ads, Search Console, social pixels)
*Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and pixel implementation
*Proficiency in website builders, especially Wix, including CMS/database-driven pages
*Familiarity with CRMs, business operations tools, and system integrations
B. Soft Skills
*Independent problem-solver with strong critical thinking
*Highly adaptable and able to learn new systems quickly

Compensation:
