JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an expert GoHighLevel specialist for a full infrastructure build. This is for a course-based equity jurisprudence education brand with active students and live revenue. The system needs to be built right the first time — no template drops, no guesswork.

Here's what I need built:

CRM & PIPELINES
- Full contact migration (~400 alumni) into GHL
- Pipeline architecture: Prospect ? Warm Lead ? Enrolled ? Active Student ? Alumni ? Referral Partner
- Tag and segment by course type, payment plan, covenant status, and engagement
- Private coaching pipeline tracking documents, deadlines, and session history
- Referral partner tracking with credit balance fields

EMAIL/SMS AUTOMATIONS
- Pre-enrollment nurture sequence (email + SMS)
- Post-enrollment onboarding sequence
- Zoom class reminders: 24hr / 6hr / 1hr / live-now (email + SMS)
- Re-engagement campaigns for cold leads
- Abandoned cart / incomplete checkout recovery
- Post-course upsell sequence
- Covenant follow-up sequence (days 2, 5, 10 if unsigned)

SALES FUNNELS & LANDING PAGES
- Multi-step quiz funnel with lead scoring and conditional routing (high-fit ? calendar, low-fit ? nurture)
- Course enrollment funnel: opt-in ? VSL/webinar ? checkout ? confirmation ? upsell/downsell
- Lead magnet opt-in pages
- Webinar reminder sequences

PAYMENT INTEGRATION
- Stripe integration (existing)
- Easy Pay Direct integration (primary card processor — being onboarded)
- 3-payment plan access gating (release content per payment milestone)
- Payment upgrade path (3PP ? full one-time ? immediate full access trigger)

WEBSITE (Phase 4)
- Full WordPress site build
- SEO-optimized (Yoast)
- Hosted on Iceland-based VPS (OrangeWebsite)
- GHL forms embedded throughout
- VDO Cipher iframe integration for video content

Before we move forward, I need to know:

1. How many GHL builds have you completed? Please share 2–3 live links — not Google Drive screenshots, actual URLs I can click and evaluate.
2. Have you built course enrollment funnels with payment-gated content access? Describe specifically how you handled it.
3. Have you built multi-step quiz funnels with conditional routing in GHL? Walk me through how you approach the logic.
4. Are you comfortable with Stripe AND Easy Pay Direct integration inside GHL?
5. Have you worked with WordPress + Elementor alongside a GHL build? (Both are required for this project.)
6. What is your turnaround time for a full funnel + automation build at this scope?
7. Do you offer revisions and post-launch support?
8. What is your rate? Build fee + monthly retainer if applicable.

Budget: $1,750 for the initial build. Ongoing retainer available at $750/month for the right person.

This is a real business with active students. I need someone with proven experience, clean automation logic, and the ability to manage a complex multi-phase build without hand-holding.
