JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented marketing specialist who can execute across a wide range of marketing initiatives.
This is not a strategy-only role. You will be hands-on in creating, editing, publishing, and supporting marketing efforts across multiple channels.
You will work directly with leadership to bring ideas to life, improve existing systems, and help us consistently produce high-quality content and marketing assets.
If you are proactive, tech-savvy, and enjoys learning new tools and systems, this role offers long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce video and audio content (podcasts, social clips, short-form content)
• Create graphics for social media, email, and marketing materials
• Format and publish newsletters, articles, and website content
• Support email marketing campaigns and CRM management
• Upload and manage content across platforms (website, podcast, social media, community)
• Assist with blogs, podcast video, and long-form content formatting and distribution
• Maintain and improve marketing systems and workflows
• Help manage and organize digital assets and content libraries
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and execution across marketing efforts

Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Experience with content publishing (websites, email platforms, social media)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools (or ability to learn quickly)
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently

Nice to Have (Not Required):
• Podcast production experience
• Experience working with online communities (Circle, Skool, Mighty Networks, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Experience supporting a personal brand or content-driven business
