Job Title: Sales & Enrollment Specialist (Education/Coaching)

About the Role
Are you a persuasive communicator who loves helping students and parents navigate the journey to college success? The College Game is looking for a results-driven Sales & Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team.

Your mission is simple: Turn our community members and leads into successful students by matching them with the right coaching services, courses, and resources. You will be the "bridge" between our free content (like our Podcast) and our life-changing paid programs.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Reach out to leads via email, social media DMs, and discovery calls to close sales for our flagship courses: College Success 101, The Admissions Playbook, The Financial Aid Playbook, and The College Athlete.

Community Growth: Actively move members from our unpaid community into our paid "Inner Circle" community.

Session Booking: Schedule prospective students and parents for coaching sessions with our founder.

Podcast Promotion: Encourage leads and current clients to engage with our weekly Podcast to build trust and brand authority.

CRM Management: Track all interactions and sales progress within our Kajabi platform (training provided, but familiarity is a plus!).

What We’re Looking For
Proven Sales Experience: At least 2+ years in digital sales, enrollment, or high-ticket coaching sales.

Exceptional English Skills: You must have world-class written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be talking to parents and students in the US.

The "Hustle" Mentality: You don't wait for leads to come to you; you enjoy the "hunt" and follow up consistently.

Empathy: You understand that choosing a college is stressful. You can sell with "heart" rather than just using high-pressure tactics.

Kajabi Knowledge: If you already know how to navigate Kajabi’s back end, you’ll be our top candidate!
