JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
• Experience editing long-form YouTube videos (documentary style preferred)
• Able to produce 2 videos per day (each ~8 minutes)
• Strong pacing, storytelling, and retention-focused editing skills
• Comfortable working with provided scripts and voice-over tool
• Basic understanding of YouTube audience retention and engagement
• Reliable workflow and ability to meet daily deadlines
• Can start ASAP
• Applicants without a relevant portfolio will be ignored

IMPORTANT:
• Budget is $500/month, can be increased to $600/month depending on quality and consistency

Role Overview:
• Edit long-form documentary-style YouTube videos using provided scripts and voice-over tool
• Turn raw materials into engaging, high-retention content with clean visuals, b-roll, and pacing
• Deliver 2 completed videos daily (~8 minutes each)
• Follow a consistent style while improving quality over time
