Build a Global Trading Empire from the South of Manila
Location: Alabang / Muntinlupa Area (Hybrid – Direct collaboration with Founder) Brands: DYTI | Merger Global Trading Websites: ---------- ( ---------- ) | ---------- ( ---------- )

This is Not a Conventional Role. It is a Launchpad.
Most jobs offer a "narrow box." This role offers the opposite: the chance to be the operational backbone of an international business. We are a Dubai-headquartered operation with production in China and a rapidly expanding global footprint.
As we rebrand and scale, we are building our Global Operations Hub in the Philippines. We aren't just looking for an employee; we are looking for a Founding Associate—a right-hand partner who doesn’t ask "how" but figures it out.
The Profile: The "Technical Architect"
We are looking for a high-performance multitasker who possesses a rare mix of intellectual speed and operational grit.
    •    AI-Native Mindset: You don’t just use ChatGPT; you orchestrate AI tools (Claude, Automation, etc.) to multiply your output. You treat AI as your personal force-multiplier.
    •    Operational Range: You can pivot from reviewing a QC report from a Chinese factory to managing global logistics or building a digital brand presence—all before lunch.
    •    The "Owner" Mentality: You understand that building something global requires intensity. You value results over a clock-out time and take personal pride in every shipment that moves.
    •    Proximity: You are based in or near Alabang/Muntinlupa for high-bandwidth, in-person collaboration with the Founder.

Your Mission (The Daily Grind)
    •    Global Systems: Design and manage the "Operating System" of the company across suppliers, production, and international timelines.
    •    AI Integration: Use automation to eliminate manual work and ensure our small team operates with the power of a multinational corporation.
    •    Logistics & QC: Own the flow of goods. Ensure our seafood (DYTI) and industrial products (Merger) meet world-class standards from factory to customer.
    •    Brand Warfare: Support the growth of a digital presence that reflects a high-performance, global business.
