B2B Content & Authority Lead
(UK Immigration | Compliance & Sponsor Licence Focus)
Immtell is a UK-based immigration consultancy specialising in:
• Sponsor licence applications
• Sponsor licence compliance & mock audits
• Skilled Worker visa strategy
• UK business expansion support
We are repositioning the business to focus on: UK corporate immigration, compliance risk, and sponsor licence governance
We are looking for someone to take ownership of our content, positioning, and website, and turn it into a high-authority, lead-generating asset.

The Role
This is a hands-on role.
You will be responsible for improving, restructuring, and creating content that attracts and qualifies corporate clients.
This is not about producing large volumes of content.
It is about producing the right content, aligned with real business outcomes.
This is not a general marketing role. The focus is improving existing website pages, creating new content, messaging, and enquiry quality, not running campaigns, ads, or social media.
________________________________________
Immediate Focus (First 60–90 Days)
You will take the lead on:
• Updating and rewriting core website pages in line with our new positioning
• Adding structured FAQs and “Key Takeaways” sections to improve clarity and AI visibility
• Finalising pricing pages and incorporating priceguide.ai
• Creating key trust and authority pages:
o Reviews / testimonials
o Author / credibility pages
o Policy / ethics / transparency pages
• Organising existing content into a structured Learning Centre
• Ensuring all content reflects current guidance and is regularly updated
You are expected to take ownership of how this is done, not wait for step-by-step instructions.
________________________________________
Ongoing Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a structured content plan
• Align content with real client questions, objections, and decisions
• Important: Apply principles from:
o They Ask, You Answer
o Endless Customers
• Support the development of content for additional channels (e.g. YouTube topics and structure)
• Continuously improve how content supports sales conversations
________________________________________
Leadership & Ownership
This is not a task-based role.
You are expected to:
• Take ownership of content and positioning
• Propose improvements and challenge ideas constructively
• Identify gaps and opportunities
• Execute independently
You will work directly with the founder but will not receive daily instructions.

The Type of Person This Suits
You may have experience as:
• Content Marketing Lead (B2B)
• Inbound Marketing Manager
• Growth Content Strategist
• Marketing Manager (Professional Services or SaaS)
You think in terms of:
• Buyer intent and decision-making
• Lead quality (not just traffic)
• Clear, structured communication
• Commercial outcomes
________________________________________
Technical Bonus (Not Essential)
Experience working directly with websites is a strong advantage.
This includes:
• Basic HTML/CSS
• Updating pages within a CMS (we use Siteglide)
• Improving layout, structure, and readability
________________________________________
What Success Looks Like
• Clear, compliance-focused positioning across the website
• Improved quality of enquiries
• Content actively used in sales conversations
• A structured, high-authority Learning Centre
• Reduced low-value enquiries
________________________________________
Requirements
• Strong written English
• Experience creating structured, authority-led content
• Ability to think commercially, not just creatively
• Comfortable working directly with a founder
• Ability to execute independently
________________________________________
Working Arrangement
• Remote (Philippines preferred)
• Full-time
• Long-term contractor role
• $1,800–$2,200 USD per month depending on experience
• 90-day review period
