JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Real Estate Appraisal Virtual Assistant to support a busy residential appraiser with data entry and comparable sales research. The main focus of this role is entering appraisal orders into our software, pulling comps, and managing market data so the appraiser can spend less time in front of the computer. This is a part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role over time.


Key Responsibilities:
- Enter new appraisal orders into Total appraisal software using AMC and lender documents
- Complete all required client, lender, and property data fields accurately
- Pull comparable sales and land sales for each appraisal assignment
- Conduct market data research using TrueTrack and True Footage
- Organize and manage incoming order documents from AMCs and banks
- Maintain high accuracy across all data entry tasks
- Support general administrative tasks as the role develops
- Flag any missing information or data issues proactively

Mandatory Skills:
- Familiarity with real estate appraisal processes and terminology
- Experience pulling comparable sales and working with market data
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with appraisal software such as Total or similar platforms
- Comfortable handling documents from AMCs, banks, and lenders
- Self-directed and able to work reliably with minimal supervision
- Good written communication and responsiveness

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TrueTrack, True Footage, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Spark or other real estate data platforms
- Background in residential or rural real estate support
- Experience working with rural or non-standard property types
- Ability to spot and flag data inconsistencies without being prompted
- General real estate administrative background
