JOB OVERVIEW

Technical Automation Specialist — Remote
About the role
We're a fast-moving group of companies operating across solar sales, recruitment, and lead generation — and we're looking for a sharp Technical Automation Specialist to own our automation stack. You'll work directly with the founders to build, maintain, and scale workflows across our CRM, outreach, lead pipelines, and internal systems. This is a hands-on builder role — not a consultant.
What you'll be doing

Build and manage automation workflows in Make (Integromat), n8n, and Zapier
Connect and integrate third-party tools via REST APIs, webhooks, and native connectors
Manage and troubleshoot CRM integrations (Go High Level, ---------- , Airtable)
Set up lead enrichment pipelines, email automation sequences, and booking flows
Debug failing scenarios, maintain error handling, and monitor automation health
Support ad platform data flows — Meta, Google, and TikTok pixel/CAPI event routing
Document all workflows clearly so they can be handed off or replicated
