JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing business based in the UK looking for a talented Meta Ads Creative Strategist who can create high-converting static ads while also digging deep into competitors' campaigns.
Your main role will be to:

Regularly monitor and analyze our competitors' ads in the Facebook/Meta Ad Library.
Reverse-engineer what’s working: identify strong hooks, emotional triggers, colour psychology, layouts, social proof, urgency/scarcity elements, and overall psychology behind high-performing static ads.
Turn those insights into clear, detailed creative briefs and directions that we (or other designers) can use to produce winning ads.
Create static ads yourself (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar) — including variations for testing (A/B testing angles, headlines, visuals, etc.).
Stay on top of Meta ads trends and suggest new creative ideas based on data and competitor research.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily/weekly competitive analysis via Facebook Ad Library.
Break down successful (and failing) competitor static ads — explain the psychology and why they convert (or don’t).
Produce 5–15 static ad variations per week (or as needed for testing).
Write clear creative briefs with hooks, messaging angles, visual direction, and testing hypotheses.
Work closely with our team to iterate based on ad performance (CTR, conversions, ROAS feedback).

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with Meta/Facebook ads creative (especially static image ads).
Strong ability to analyze Facebook Ad Library and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Good understanding of advertising psychology, direct-response marketing, and what makes people stop scrolling and click/buy.
Excellent English communication (written) — you need to explain your thinking clearly in briefs.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) for creating clean, professional static ads.
Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or performance marketing.

Requirements:

At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience creating or strategizing Meta ads.
Portfolio or examples of past ad creatives + any competitor analysis/briefs you’ve done (please share links or screenshots when applying).
Reliable internet and availability for UK business hours overlap when needed (we’re flexible).
Long-term commitment preferred (this is not a one-off project).

What We Offer:

Long-term, stable remote work.
Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience and quality — we increase for proven results).
Opportunity to directly impact our ad performance and scaling.
Clear feedback and collaboration with a UK-based team.

If you love spying on ads in the Ad Library, understanding why certain creatives crush it, and turning that into scroll-stopping static ads + smart briefs — this role is for you.
How to Apply:
Please send:

Your updated resume/portfolio.
2–3 examples of static ads you’ve created (or briefs you’ve written).
A short message explaining why you’re a good fit and any experience with competitor Ad Library analysis.

We review applications quickly and will reply only to strong matches.
