We're looking for an experienced and reliable Customer
Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver
outstanding service for a fast-growing international
e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers,
handling inquiries across
media — all managed through Gorgias, our helpdesk platform.
This is a long-term, part-time remote position
(approximately 30 hours per week) with flexible scheduling
and room to grow into a full-time role as the brand scales.

health and wellness products. Our customers are primarily
based in the US, UK, and Europe. The brand is growing
fast and we are looking for a dedicated support team
member to grow with us.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
????????????????????
- Respond to customer inquiries via
and social media (Instagram,
- Handle order-related questions: tracking, shipping
status, delivery issues
- Process return and refund requests following our SOPs
- Manage cancellation requests
- Handle PayPal disputes and chargebacks professionally
- Use Gorgias macros and tags to keep tickets organized
- Escalate complex issues to the team lead when needed
- Maintain a high CSAT score and fast response times
- Collaborate with the team via Slack
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have:
- Excellent written English (C1 level or higher) — this
is non-negotiable, our customers are native English
speakers
- At least 1-2 years of customer support experience in
e-commerce
- Experience with Gorgias (or similar helpdesk: Zendesk,
Freshdesk, Re:Amaze)
- Experience with Shopify (navigating orders, customer
profiles, fulfillment status)
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and
professionally
- Reliable internet connection
- Own laptop or PC with working webcam
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with health, wellness, or supplement brands
- Experience handling PayPal disputes or chargebacks
- Familiarity with Slack
- Experience with Klaviyo or other
SCHEDULE & HOURS

- Part-time: approximately 30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling — we'll find a schedule that works
for both sides
- Must be available for at least some overlap with
European business hours (CET)
- Potential to grow into full-time as the brand scales
