We are a digital media management company that helps online creators maximize their revenue through direct messaging and fan engagement. We are looking for dedicated, emotionally intelligent Sales Representatives to join our team on an ongoing basis.
This is NOT a "reply to messages" job. This is a relationship-building, sales-driven role where you will be the voice behind a creator's brand — connecting with fans, building genuine rapport, and driving revenue through conversations. What You'll Be Doing
Representing a creator's voice and personality through direct messages with subscribers on a creator platform
Building genuine relationships with fans to increase loyalty, retention, and long-term value
Selling premium content through natural, emotionally intelligent conversation — not spamming
Following scripts and sales frameworks while adapting creatively to each fan's personality
Tracking and reporting your shift performance (messages sent, response time, revenue generated)
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Excellent written English — near-native fluency required (you'll be representing a Western creator, so vocabulary, slang, tone, and nuance all matter)
Fast typing speed (60+ WPM preferred)
Reliable internet connection and a proper desktop or laptop setup (no phones, no tablets)
Available to commit to consistent 8-hour shifts (multiple shifts available — morning, day, and night)
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Infloww or Supercreator is a strong plus — if you know what these are, mention it in your application
Sales-oriented mindset — you don't just answer questions, you guide conversations toward a goal
Self-disciplined and organized — you show up on time, follow systems, and take ownership of your work
What separates good from great:
Background or genuine interest in psychology, sales, or relationship-building
Creative problem solver — if a fan wants something you can't offer, you find a way to redirect and still deliver value
Hungry to grow — you're not just looking for a paycheck, you want to develop a real skill and earn more over time

Compensation
Base pay: $3–$5/hour depending on experience and performance

Shift Availability
We need coverage across the following windows (all times US Eastern / EST):
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
Day Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST
