The nLIVEn Team is an Australian based business executive coaching and management consulting business on a mission to help individuals, teams and organisations unlock their full potential. We work with ambitious people who want real, lasting change — and our marketing needs to reflect that energy.
We're looking for a Part-time Marketing Coordinator with a passion for growing a boutique professional service firm style businesses to join us and help bring more of the right clients into our world.
What you'll do - things like:
- Run our content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and
- Write copy that sounds like us — real, energetic, and value-packed
- Grow and nurture our
- Track what's working and double down on it
- Help promote events, webinars, and new offers
You're a great fit if you…
- Have 5+ years in marketing or content — coaching/consulting experience is a big plus
- In your late 20s to early 30s and looking for a great, secure place to settle into the next stage of your career
- Write with personality and can adapt to a brand voice quickly
- Take ownership and don't need hand-holding
- Get excited by watching numbers move in the right direction
- Want to be part of something that genuinely helps people

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Base remuneration advertised as US$6/hour x 15 hours/week x 4.33 weeks per month = US$389.97 to US$6/hour x 20 hours/week x 4.33 weeks per month = US$519.96.
