The Role
We’re looking for a Content Manager to lead and scale our entire content and marketing operation. You’ll transform raw photos, video clips, and ideas into a consistent stream of engaging content across six platforms—every single day.
You’ll manage a full-time video editor and collaborate closely with the owner to grow and strengthen the Alien Prints brand
Job Requirements
Must have
• 3+ years managing social media accounts for a business (not personal accounts)
• Experience managing 4+ platforms simultaneously
• Strong English writing skills — natural, conversational, no corporate jargon
• Expert-level Canva skills for graphics, carousels, and infographics
• Experience with Meta Business Suite (scheduling, analytics, ad support)
• Proven ability to plan and execute a content calendar at high volume
• Portfolio showing real social media accounts you’ve managed with growth results
Nice to have
• Experience with
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Experience creating Meta ad creative (images and copy)
• Background in e-commerce, service businesses, or physical products
• Understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Experience managing or directing a video editor or content team
