Sales Admin Analyst.
Premium Australian BPO is seeking an experienced Sales Support Analyst for our client, a global Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods (FMCG) company specializing in personal care products and brands.

****Key Responsibilities Include****
* Supporting the National Business Manager (NBM) with key data administrative tasks.
* Inputting key data into Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems- specifically, Promax- ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Accurate transfer of data from various sources into TPM/Promax systems.
* Maintenance of baselines, promotions, pricing, forecasts and ensuring data integrity- what is loaded in Promax matches what is loaded in customer portals / promotional advice forms.
* Providing key insights on data.
* Identifying issues/discrepancies with data.
* Reviewing forecast accuracy versus business plans.
* Attending Pre S&OP Forecast meetings to take action notes and reflect actions/changes in Promax.
* Assisting with data Audit requirements. Data matching from various sources.
* Complete promotional reconciliation weekly or as required (Scan promotions vs accrued Scan monies) and provide written feedback on if the promotion met expectations, was below or above expectations.
* Help prepare comprehensive sales data reports in Excel. Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports categorized by SKU, account, and area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Using Excel for data entry and data analysis. Pivot Tables, V Lookups, Sum & Average.
****Key Requirements MUST HAVES include****
* Strong background in sales and strong understanding of key sales principles. Including maintenance of baselines, promotions, pricing and forecasting.
* Expertise in Excel. Advanced functions including Pivot Tables, V Lookups, Sum & Average.
* Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
* Highest level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Highly Analytical- able to interpret data, provide some analysis and data-driven recommendations.
* Highly organized- able to juggle multiple tasks, meeting timelines and deadlines.
* Attentive, communicative, analytical and energetic. A problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
****IDEAL candidates have****
* 2 + years proven previous experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
*Have experience with Trade Promotion Management Systems (TPM) such as Promax, SAP or Oracle.
* Have experience with Trade Promotion Optimization Tools (TPO).
* Have a degree/background in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting or a related field.
