JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly process-oriented bookkeeper and VA who is familiar with blockchain-based applications to help on a variety of tasks.

The main task would be to organize and reconcile stablecoin invoice payments into a database like Airtable based on transactions on multiple blockchain explorers, put into a crypto subledger, then export that into Quickbooks. You would need to know how to match and close books according to US accounting standards.

The ideal candidate should be able to answer the following screening questions.

1. What is this transaction? ----------
2. What is the difference of this token and USDC? ----------
3. Walk me through your exact process of seeing the blockchain explorer link, and how would you put this into QuickBooks, and how would you reconcile this against invoices?
4. How would you gain access to, how would you manage access to our accounts payable email, and what would you do to automate the organization of these transactions?
5. What does ---------- do? Can you tell us how you'd use our product or a similar product?
