Detail-Oriented Marketing & Property Management Virtual Assistant

**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly **detail-oriented Virtual Assistant** to support daily operations and marketing for a portfolio of rental, co-living, and short-term rental properties. This role combines **property management, tenant coordination, financial tracking, and listing marketing** to maintain high occupancy and smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage rent collection, billing, payment reminders, and late penalties
* Handle tenant and guest issues and coordinate maintenance when needed
* Manage and optimize short-term rental listings and guest communication
* Coordinate cleaners and property turnovers
* Manage co-living platform operations, ratings, occupancy, and collections
* Support processes related to delinquencies or removals when required
* Maintain accurate property financials in Excel/Google Sheets
* Market and position properties to attract tenants and improve occupancy
* Conduct basic rental market and competitor research

**Requirements**

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with property operations, Airbnb, or rental platforms preferred
* Basic marketing mindset (listing optimization, pricing, positioning)
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Excellent written communication and problem-solving ability
