JOB OVERVIEW

We are a newly launched contact center in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, operating as an extension of a successful US-based organization. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Content Creator to help build our local brand presence.

The Role:
This is a part-time position (4 hours per day) focused on growing our social media footprint. Your goal will be to boost engagement, grow our following, and showcase our culture to attract top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee our social media accounts.
Create and post creative, high-quality content (graphics, reels, and copy).
Develop strategies to increase engagement and attract potential hires

What We Need From You:
Proximity: Willing to visit the office a few times a week and work with contact center manager for idea proposal
Portfolio: Examples of your past social media work or creative projects.
Rate: Your proposed hourly rate for a 4-hour daily shift (20 hours per week).
