Job Opportunity: PIXEL & TRACKING SPECIALIST (Project-Based / Part-Time)
We’re hiring a Pixel & Tracking Specialist who is obsessed with data integrity and attribution.
This is a project-based role designed for the technical wizard who ensures that every click, lead, and conversion is tracked accurately across our entire marketing ecosystem.

Your priorities are attribution accuracy, server-side tracking (CAPI), and eliminating data blind spots.

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
Phase 1: Infrastructure Architecture & Audit
Perform a deep-dive audit of current Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers (Web & Server-side).
Configure/Verify Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI) to achieve maximum event match quality.
Standardize GA4 configurations, including custom dimensions, lead-quality metrics, and enhanced measurement.
Phase 2: Attribution & CRM Integration
Implement a standardized UTM protocol across all channels to ensure 1:1 attribution within GoHighLevel.
Map "Deep Tracking" parameters to GHL custom fields to capture lead source, keyword, and campaign IDs.
Troubleshoot and close attribution gaps where "Direct/None" traffic is over-reporting.
Phase 3: Maintenance & Data Quality Assurance
Conduct regular "Health Checks" to ensure pixels aren't double-firing or failing due to site updates.
Resolve tracking issues caused by iOS privacy updates or browser cookie restrictions.
Build custom data visualizations (Looker Studio or GHL Dashboards) to show real-time CPL and ROAS.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience & Capability
EXPERT-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Deep experience with Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and server-side tracking.
Proficiency in GA4 setup, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel tracking capabilities, hidden fields, and custom values.
Experience with Zapier or
High attention to detail—you hate "dirty data" and unexplained discrepancies.
Strong English communication skills to explain technical "breaks" to the media buying team.
A stable, high-speed internet connection (at least 150mbps).
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience with 3rd-party attribution tools (Hyros, Triple Whale, or SegMetrics).
Basic Javascript/HTML knowledge for custom tag firing.
SQL or BigQuery knowledge for advanced data analysis.
NOTE: This is a Project-Based / Part-Time role (20 hrs/week). We are looking for a specialist who can execute the initial infrastructure setup and provide ongoing maintenance/QA as we scale.

STEP 3: Case Interview Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to a 30mins case interview. A case interview is an interactive session where we present you with a real-world attribution scenario or tracking challenge relevant to the role. Rather than just talking about your past experience, this allows us to see your problem-solving process, technical logic, and how you tackle practical situations in GTM/GA4 in real-time.
STEP 4: Reference Check This is the final step before an official offer is extended. The final candidate(s) must provide one former employer/lead reference and one character reference.
STEP 5: Project Onboarding & Trial If an offer is made and accepted, you will be onboarded as our Pixel/Tracking Specialist to execute the initial infrastructure setup. This period is dedicated to ensuring a strong mutual fit—both for the technical responsibilities of the role and alignment with our core values—as we evaluate long-term maintenance needs.
