JOB OVERVIEW

What you'll do:

-Write scripts based on provided topics and ideas
-Source footage, references, and assets
-Create thumbnails
-Upload and schedule videos across multiple channels
-Manage titles, descriptions, tags, and basic SEO
-Keep projects organized across several channels running simultaneously

Details:
This is a full-time position of around 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. You'll be working across multiple YouTube channels, so staying organized and managing priorities is a big part of the role. You don't need to be an expert in every single area, as long as you're willing to learn and have a genuine interest in the work, we'll walk through each step together using SOPs and AI tools. We offer automatic pay raises after a successful period working together, and we're open to schedule adjustments if needed.
