JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Compliance Research VA — US Healthcare / Medicare Billing

Company: HospiceShield Compliance — ---------- — we help legitimate hospice operators across California protect their licenses during a major federal enforcement sweep.

What This Job Is: When a hospice operator pays us $3,995 for a compliance review, you are the person who does the work. You receive their submitted documents — Medicare billing records, patient census, staff roster, and facility license — and you run them through our 20-point compliance checklist. You identify issues, score each checkpoint, and populate our written report template with your findings.

Your report goes to a paying client. It must be accurate, clear, and professional every single time.

Your Daily Work: — Receive client documents from our Office Manager — Run the 20-point checklist against the client's submitted records — Use Claude AI as your analysis tool — we train you on exactly how — Populate the Shield Review report template with your findings — Deliver the completed report to the Office Manager within 5 business days — Flag any urgent findings immediately — same day

You Must Have — No Exceptions: — Fluent written and spoken English. Your reports go directly to US clients. Grammar and clarity are non-negotiable. — Real knowledge of the US Medicare system — how billing works, what Medicare Part A covers, what CMS is — Experience working with US healthcare documents — billing records, clinical records, or compliance documents — Extreme attention to detail — you are reviewing documents for errors that could expose a business to federal investigation — Reliable internet and quiet workspace during US Pacific Time hours

Strong Plus If You Have: — Background in hospice, home health, or long-term care compliance — Experience with CMS regulations, CDPH licensing, or Medicare hospice benefit rules — Prior work at a US healthcare law firm, medical billing company, or compliance consulting firm — Experience using AI tools for research and document analysis

Compensation: $700 to $1,000 per month depending on experience and English proficiency. Starting part-time with potential to grow full-time as client volume increases. Performance bonuses available.
