POSITION: B2B OUTREACH & LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (1099) | Remote
This role is the engine behind IHRS client growth. You will be responsible for identifying prospective healthcare facility clients and organizations, executing outbound outreach, conducting follow-up calls, qualifying leads, and moving potential partners through our pipeline. This is a results-driven position — we are looking for someone who can demonstrate activity, track progress, and deliver outcomes.
What This Role Involves:
• Outbound cold calling and follow-up calls to healthcare facilities, agencies, and organizations
• Lead identification and prospecting using B2B tools, Google research, and provided software
• Following up on active
• Qualifying leads and logging all activity into our CRM and tracking systems
• Submitting weekly call and lead reports every Friday
• Representing IHRS professionally in every interaction

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS & COMPENSATION

We offer two engagement options to accommodate the right candidate:
Part-Time
• 6 hours per day | Monday through Friday
• 30 hours per week
• Base Rate: $500.00/month ( plus an additional $300.00 monthly incentive for every lead that is closed) on top of your base pay)
Hours: 9am -3pm (Eastern Standard Time)
Full-Time
• 7 hours per day | Monday through Friday
• 35 hours per week
• Base Rate: $600.00/month ( plus an additional $300.00 monthly incentive for every lead that is closed) on top of your base pay)
Hours :9am - 4pm ( Eastern Standard Time)
Performance Incentive (Both Options)
• $300.00 bonus for every lead that converts into a confirmed IHRS client or partner
• This incentive applies from day one and is paid on top of your base rate

60-DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD

The first 60 days of engagement serve as a probationary period. At the close of that period, a formal performance review will be conducted. Candidates who demonstrate consistent activity, measurable results, and alignment with IHRS standards will be considered for base pay increases and enhanced incentive structures.
