JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing premium residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

This is NOT a basic virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently with customers, respond quickly to inquiries, and help convert leads into booked appointments through sales tactics.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Reply to text messages, emails, and online leads quickly

- Provide accurate quotes based on our pricing system

- Follow up with potential customers who have not booked (warm leads)

- Make outbound calls to past leads and previous customers to generate bookings (warm calling)

- Perform light cold calling to new prospects when needed

- Schedule and confirm appointments

- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience

- Help with Social Media Presence

Additional Responsibilities:

- Engage in local Facebook groups and respond to posts where people are looking for cleaning services

- Monitor and respond to Nextdoor posts and comments to generate new leads

- Initiate conversations with potential customers and guide them toward booking

- Follow up with past leads and previous customers to convert them into bookings

- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all online interactions

- Report daily on conversations started, leads generated, and bookings completed

Requirements:

- Strong English communication (written and spoken)

- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections

- Fast response time and ability to multitask

- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

- Ability to follow systems and scripts
