Job Title: LTL Customer Support & Sales Representative
Location: [ Remote]
Job Type: Part-time to Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines relationship management, operational support, and sales development. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth shipment coordination while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue. As well as the point of contact with LTL carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
-Serve as the main contact for LTL customers via phone,
-Assist with shipment booking, tracking, rate quotes, and issue resolution
-Proactively communicate delays, service updates, and delivery statuses
-Handle claims, billing inquiries, and service exceptions with professionalism
Sales & Account Growth
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
-Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
-Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new LTL business
-Prepare and present rate quotes and service proposals
-Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets
Operations Coordination
-Work closely with carriers, dispatch, and internal teams to ensure on-time service
-Negotiate rates with carriers when needed to remain competitive
-Maintain accurate shipment and customer records in CRM/TMS systems
Qualifications
-1–3+ years of experience in LTL logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation (preferred)
-Strong understanding of LTL shipping processes, pricing, and carriers
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in CRM and transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus
