JOB OVERVIEW

Remote Estimating & Quoting Assistant – Water Storage Tank Projects

Raven Tanks is seeking a high calibre remote assistant to support our estimating and quoting for new panel tank projects. This role suits someone sharp, reliable, and highly organised, who can communicate clearly and take ownership of their work. You will work closely with our sales and operations team to deliver accurate, well presented quotes in a fast paced environment.

What you’ll do:

Review client drawings, plans, and RFQs in detail
Prepare accurate cost estimates using internal templates and systems
Build and issue professional quote documents
Liaise with suppliers to confirm current pricing and availability
Support the sales team with follow ups and general admin
Maintain clean and organised records within our CRM systems

We’re looking for:

Exceptional English communication, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Confident working with systems, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
Ability to think through problems and ask the right questions
Reliable internet and consistent availability aligned with AEST business hours
Previous experience in estimating, quoting, construction support, or admin is highly regarded

This role is best suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is comfortable being accountable for outcomes. We value clear communication, fast turnaround, and a high standard of presentation across everything we send to clients.
