We are a high-producing real estate team based in Hawaii, specializing in military relocation, VA loans, and residential sales. Our team has helped clients buy and sell hundreds of homes and is focused on scaling to the next level through consistent, high-quality social media content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Assistant to help us create, edit, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

This role is focused on execution and consistency — turning ideas, videos, and voice notes into engaging content that generates leads and builds our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Posting

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Add captions, subtitles, and basic graphics
Write engaging captions with strong hooks and CTAs
Schedule and post content across all platforms

Content Repurposing

Turn 1 video into multiple pieces of content
Create carousel posts from scripts or ideas
Repurpose content for different platforms

Engagement & Community Management

Respond to comments and basic DMs
Flag potential leads or important messages

Organization & Workflow

Manage content calendar
Keep track of posted content and performance
Organize media files (Google Drive/Dropbox)
What We’re Looking For
Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends
Ability to write simple, engaging captions
Organized and consistent with deadlines
Basic understanding of real estate content (preferred, not required)
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience with real estate marketing
Familiarity with VA loans or relocation content
Graphic design (Canva)
Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)
