JOB OVERVIEW

US Dental Recruiter (Remote – Philippines)

Requirements are to send a 30-second to 60-second video describing why you are a good fit and what experience you have, as well as send me your resume.

Source dentist candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and cold outreach
Screen candidates for licensure, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and practices
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system
Build relationships with candidates to grow our talent pipeline

What We're Looking For

3+ years of recruiting experience specifically in the US dental industry (required)
Deep understanding of dental licensure, credentialing, and the US dental hiring landscape
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
Comfortable working US business hours (some flexibility available)
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms
