JOB OVERVIEW

MUST include samples of your video editing work with your application. Applications without work samples will NOT be considered.
We are looking for a self-sufficient, creative, and fast-moving Video Editor & Content VA to join our growing team. This is a high-opportunity role with room for growth and pay increases based on performance.
What You Will Do:

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, etc.)
Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and content styles — identify trends early and forward them to me so we can film and post quickly
Write video scripts and content outlines for me to film
Post finished content across all platforms and keep pages active and consistent
Respond to comments and DMs on behalf of the brand with perfect, natural English
Use AI tools and AI animation in your editing workflow to produce high-quality, modern content

What We Need From You:

Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form video content
Strong understanding of what performs well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Ability to spot and act on trends fast
Proficiency with AI editing tools and AI animation
Fluent English — written communication must be flawless since you will be responding to our audience directly
Self-starter who can manage tasks independently without constant direction
Fast turnaround and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Growth:

Starting rate: $2–$4/hour depending on experience and skill level
Rate increases available for consistent high-quality work and proven results
