JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to support multiple businesses & myself, including a shell company and rental property operations. You will be a companion and this is a long-term position for someone who is experienced in WordPress, graphic design, and general web development, along with being able to assist with various business tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Design and update websites using WordPress
• Create graphics for websites, marketing materials, and social media
• Assist with logo creation and branding
• Perform basic web development tasks (landing pages, edits, troubleshooting)
• Help manage and organize tasks across multiple businesses
• Assist with administrative tasks related to rental properties and operations
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• Must be available during Central Standard Time (CST) working hours
• Proven experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders)
• Graphic design experience (logos, branding, marketing materials)
• Basic web development knowledge (HTML/CSS preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable internet connection and good communication skills

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with multiple businesses or entrepreneurs
• Familiarity with real estate or property management tasks
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects

Important:
We are looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber only. This is not a short-term or freelance project.
