JOB OVERVIEW

Semper Fi Heating and Cooling, a Phoenix, AZ based Home Services Company, is looking for several Outbound Call Specialist to support reaching out to our existing customer base with promotional offers. The position is a fast-paced and challenging position. The Outbound Call Specialist plays a crucial role in the company. Under the supervision and in partnership with the Marketing Director and Leadership team of the Company, you will work hand and hand to ensure that Semper Fi Heating and Cooling becomes the #1 Home Services Company in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be a self-starter and detail-oriented. This position will be responsible for helping Semper Fi Heating and Cooling book existing customers and keep accurate records. The successful candidate will have experience communicating professionally over the phone, handling objections, and driving results in a performance-based role. ServiceTitan and sales experience is a big plus.
