JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in single-family fix and flips. We are looking for a high-level Project Manager who has direct experience managing renovations and construction projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring projects stay on timeline, budget, and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Project Management

Oversee multiple fix & flip projects from start to finish
Track timelines, budgets, and progress across all properties
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

Contractor & Vendor Coordination

Communicate daily with contractors and vendors
Coordinate material ordering and deliveries
Solve problems quickly when issues arise

Field Coordination

Manage runners / boots-on-the-ground team
Schedule weekly property check-ins
Coordinate punch-out walkthroughs

Construction Oversight

Review scope of work and ensure proper execution
Improve systems and workflows
Identify inefficiencies and fix them

Reporting & Tracking

Maintain a centralized tracking system
Track materials and expenses
Provide weekly updates on all projects

Requirements:

Experienced in construction or fix & flip project management
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong communicator
Proactive problem solver
Experience with project management tools
