We are looking for a highly articulate and research-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant to spearhead an outreach campaign for our patented infrared imaging technology. Your primary mission is to connect with museums and art restoration experts worldwide to introduce a non-destructive technology that reveals hidden sketches and "fake" signatures behind original oil paintings.
This is not a typical high-volume call center role. It requires a sophisticated approach, an appreciation for art, and the ability to explain complex spectral technology to curators and PhD scientists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research: Identify museums and auction houses globally (US, Germany, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, etc.). Locate the specific individuals responsible for painting reconstruction, conservation, and infrared technology.
Cold Outreach: Initiate first-contact calls and
Technical Pitching: Confidently explain the value proposition of our patented infrared/visible light cameras, focusing on their ability to see through layers of paint pixel-by-pixel.
Lead Qualification: Determine if the museum has an active need for imaging technology and a budget for new equipment.
Appointment Setting: Successfully bridge the gap between the initial call and a technical deep-dive. You will book Zoom or Teams appointments for our lead PhD scientists.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain an organized spreadsheet or CRM (HiRise) with detailed logs of every call, including "battle plans" at the start of the day and success reports at the end.

Sales Acumen: Proven experience in cold calling and "opening doors" in well-defined, niche markets.
Art/Technical Interest: A genuine interest in art history, museums, or high-end imaging technology is a significant plus. You must be able to understand that an oil painting is not just an image, but a historical artifact with layers.
Psychological Resilience: The ability to handle "no" and navigate gatekeepers within large cultural institutions.
Tech Literacy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and international dialers (e.g., RingCentral,

Accountability: You will provide a daily report detailing the number of calls made, the status of each (positive/negative), and any scheduled follow-ups.
Training: You will undergo a briefing phase to learn the specific nuances of our spectral camera technology and the common pain points of museum curators.
Success-Based Growth: While the role starts with a defined block of hours, long-term success is measured by the quality of appointments booked and eventual sales conversions.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with museums or art galleries.
Background in "Exploratory Sales" for high-ticket machinery or IT products.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to research new international markets independently.
Working Hours: 20 hours a month as a starting.
