JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a skilled CapCut video editor who can follow directions, take feedback, meet deadlines, and bring UGC-style content to life.

Final videos will be 20-60 seconds long and primarily used for social media ads and UGC (TikTok, Instagram Reels).

I will provide all raw footage, script reads, b-roll, and clear, structured editing instructions. Your role is to edit everything together into engaging, hook-focused, high-converting videos. You will send them back to me via a Google Drive folder I have created.

Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form UGC videos (20-60 seconds)
- Add engaging captions/subtitles (clean, modern style)
- Use fast cuts, zooms, and pacing to keep attention
- Follow hook-focused editing (strong first 3 seconds)
- Add sound effects when needed (no music)
- Match different editing styles depending on the brand (will provide creative briefs)

Expectations:
- Clear communication and response times within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)
- Ability to deliver edits within 3–7 days unless discussed otherwise
- Open to feedback and willing to complete 1 revision if needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly

Workload:
- Ongoing work (5-12 videos per week depending on performance)
- High potential for long-term partnership after one week paid trial to see if editing and work styles align

Requirements:
- Must be experienced with CapCut
- Experience editing UGC or social media ads preferred
- Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels-style editing
- Reliable internet and ability to send/receive large files via Google Drive
