JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and Amazon backend operations, with a strong focus on organization, execution, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage our Shopify store from setup to daily operations
- Maintain and optimize product listings on both Shopify and Amazon
- Ensure accurate inventory syncing across platforms
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning and replenishment
- Handle backend Amazon operations (listing updates, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all sales channels

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Shopify store management
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central backend operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with inventory management is a strong plus
