???? Hiring: Plugin Developer (Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve)

We're a digital products company with 20K+ plugin users looking for a reliable developer to join our team on a retainer basis.

What you'll be doing:
• Maintaining and fixing bugs across our existing plugin lineup (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop)
• Understanding and working within an established codebase
• Being available and responsive — we need someone who can jump on critical fixes quickly, including evenings/weekends when needed
• Building out new plugin features as directed

What we're looking for:
• Experience with plugin development for Adobe CC (CEP/UXP) and ideally DaVinci Resolve
• Comfortable reading, navigating, and debugging an existing codebase you didn't write
• Willingness to use AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in your workflow — this is non-negotiable. We'll train you on our setup
• You don't need to be a senior engineer. You need to understand code fundamentals, be resourceful, and be open to working with AI to solve problems fast
• Strong communication and fast response times

This is a retainer role with consistent monthly pay. You'll have direct access to the founder and clear direction on priorities. We're not looking for someone to disappear for days — we need a reliable partner who treats this like their main gig.
