ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a growing U.S.-based freight brokerage and logistics company looking for an experienced *Freight Sales Representative* who understands freight sales, shipper outreach, and closing logistics deals.

We are building a strong remote logistics team and looking for a results-driven professional who can generate freight business and build long-term relationships with shippers and customers.

LOCATION PREFERENCE

We are primarily looking for candidates based in *Cebu, Philippines, as this is the location where we plan to establish both our **freight company and trade company operations*.

Candidates based in Cebu will be given priority consideration.
However, strong and experienced candidates from other locations in the Philippines are also encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Find and contact companies that need freight transportation
* Generate shipper leads and close freight deals
* Cold calling and email outreach to potential shippers
* Build long-term customer relationships
* Negotiate freight rates and secure loads
* Work with dispatcher and operations team
* Meet weekly KPIs and sales targets
* Maintain daily activity and performance reports

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in Freight Sales or Logistics Sales
* Experience working with Freight Brokers or Logistics Companies
* Strong English communication
* Cold calling and lead generation experience
* Ability to work US Eastern Time
* Stable internet and laptop
* Self-driven and target-oriented
* Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus

COMPENSATION

* Weekly commissions
* Base pay during 2-month trial period (paid on the 30th)
* After trial period:

* Base pay on 15th and 30th
* Weekly commissions
* High earning potential
