Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to support our real estate team through outbound prospecting and CRM management. This role is focused on generating new opportunities, maintaining strong client data, and helping convert leads into appointments.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners, buyers, and prospects (circle prospecting, expireds, FSBOs, etc.)
Follow scripts while also being able to adapt naturally in conversation
Qualify leads and identify motivation, timeline, and price expectations
Set appointments for agents with qualified prospects
Enter, update, and manage all contacts in the CRM
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks for each lead
Send follow-up texts,
Track call metrics and daily performance (calls made, contacts, appointments set)
Keep the CRM clean, organized, and up to date
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (confident, clear, and personable on the phone)
Comfortable handling objections and rejection
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow systems, scripts, and processes
Basic tech skills (CRM platforms, Google Sheets, etc.)
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Prior real estate or cold calling experience is a plus (not required)
Compensation:
Hourly pay + bonuses for appointments set / deals closed
