ABOUT THE ROLE

We're building GaragDesk — a remote back-office service for garage door companies in the US. We handle their answering, lead follow-up, reviews, and bookkeeping so the owner can focus on the field.
We need a technically sharp VA to build and configure our entire automated sales system from scratch in 7 days. This is a build role, not a maintenance role — we need someone who can set up tools, connect integrations, write sequences, and QA everything before we go live. The build pays a flat $300 project fee for the 7-day delivery. After that, you move to $8–$10/hr ongoing to maintain the system and onboard new clients.
If you've built GoHighLevel sub-accounts, built automations, and worked with outreach tools before — this is your job.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD (7-DAY PROJECT)

Day 1–2 Set up Clay + Outscraper: scrape 1,000 garage door company leads from Philadelphia PA, Charlotte NC, and Atlanta GA — enrich with emails and custom personalization lines

Day 2–3 Configure Instantly.ai: connect 3 sending domains already purchased ( ---------- , ---------- , ---------- ) — set up DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) in Namecheap, configure warm-up schedule, and write a 5-email cold outreach sequence with follow-ups

Day 3 Build Bland AI outbound calling campaign: configure voice, write call script, set triggers for leads who opened email but didn't reply

Day 3–4 Set up Phantombuster: connect Facebook and ---------- , write DM sequences, configure safe daily send limits

Day 4–5 Build GoHighLevel: create pipeline stages, 4 automation workflows (missed-call text-back, review request, warm lead nurture, trial-to-paid), connect Calendly, build demo sub-account for fictional ‘Acme Garage Door’ (this becomes the sales demo)

Day 5 QA everything end-to-end using a test phone number and email address — document what you built

Day 6–7 Launch all campaigns, monitor for errors, record a Loom walkthrough of every component built — walk through GHL pipelines, automations, Clay table, Instantly sequences, Bland AI setup, and Phantombuster. This Loom is required for handoff.

REQUIRED SKILLS — MUST HAVE ALL OF THESE

Sub-accounts, pipelines, automation workflows, missed-call text-back, Calendly integration. 6+ months experience minimum.

Instantly.ai
Cold email sequence setup, domain warm-up, deliverability management, reply handling.

Building enrichment tables, connecting data sources, writing AI-generated personalization with ChatGPT columns. Outscraper or similar
Google Maps scraping, bulk lead export, data cleaning. Any Google Maps scraper tool is fine.

Bland AI or Retell AI
AI voice agent setup, call script writing, trigger configuration, campaign launch. Nice to have but trainable. Phantombuster

Facebook/LinkedIn outreach automation, phantom configuration, safe daily limits.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with US-based marketing or agency clients
• Zapier or Make (Integromat) for additional workflow automation
• Basic familiarity with QuickBooks Online
• Experience in the home services or trades industry (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Has worked with a GoHighLevel agency or SaaS reseller

WHO YOU ARE

• You've built things before — you don't just know the tools, you've delivered with them
• You can commit fully for 7 days — this is not a side project, it’s a dedicated build week requiring ~5–6 hrs/day
• You communicate proactively — if you're stuck, you say so immediately
• Your English is strong — you'll be writing email copy and call scripts
• You're available to overlap with US Eastern Time (8am–12pm EST) at least 4 days/week
• You take ownership — if something breaks, you find the fix before you tell us

• If that goes well, you start on the full 7-day build
• Strong performers will be offered an ongoing role managing the system and onboarding new clients
