ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building GaragDesk — a remote back-office service for garage door companies in the US. We handle their answering, lead follow-up, reviews, and bookkeeping so the owner can focus on the field.
We need a technically sharp VA to build and configure our entire automated sales system from scratch in 7 days. This is a build role, not a maintenance role — we need someone who can set up tools, connect integrations, write sequences, and QA everything before we go live. The build pays a flat $300 project fee for the 7-day delivery. After that, you move to $8–$10/hr ongoing to maintain the system and onboard new clients.
If you've built GoHighLevel sub-accounts, built automations, and worked with outreach tools before — this is your job.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD (7-DAY PROJECT)
Day 1–2 Set up Clay + Outscraper: scrape 1,000 garage door company leads from Philadelphia PA, Charlotte NC, and Atlanta GA — enrich with
Day 2–3 Configure Instantly.ai: connect 3 sending domains already purchased (
Day 3 Build Bland AI outbound calling campaign: configure voice, write call script, set triggers for leads who opened
Day 3–4 Set up Phantombuster: connect
Day 4–5 Build GoHighLevel: create pipeline stages, 4 automation workflows (missed-call text-back, review request, warm lead nurture, trial-to-paid), connect Calendly, build demo sub-account for fictional ‘Acme Garage Door’ (this becomes the sales demo)
Day 5 QA everything end-to-end using a test phone number and
Day 6–7 Launch all campaigns, monitor for errors, record a Loom walkthrough of every component built — walk through GHL pipelines, automations, Clay table, Instantly sequences, Bland AI setup, and Phantombuster. This Loom is required for handoff.

WHO YOU ARE
• You've built things before — you don't just know the tools, you've delivered with them
• You can commit fully for 7 days — this is not a side project, it’s a dedicated build week requiring ~5–6 hrs/day
• You communicate proactively — if you're stuck, you say so immediately
• Your English is strong — you'll be writing
• You're available to overlap with US Eastern Time (8am–12pm EST) at least 4 days/week
• You take ownership — if something breaks, you find the fix before you tell us

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

• Paid test task: configure one GoHighLevel automation for $15 — takes about 1 hour. If you pass, we agree the $300 flat build fee and you start immediately.
• If that goes well, you start on the full 7-day build
• Strong performers will be offered an ongoing role managing the system and onboarding new clients
